Greek orzo

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Water
2 cups Orzo
1½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
2 larges Green onions; sliced
¼ cup Sliced mushrooms
½ cup Finely crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 dash Pepper

In a 4-quart saucepot bring water to a boil. Add orzo & salt. Cook & stir till tender. Drain. Set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter. Add green onions & mushrooms. Saute over med-heat. Stir in orzo, feta, parsley & pepper. Serve warm.

Approximately 5 minutes.
