| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | larges | Green onions; sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Finely crumbled feta cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
In a 4-quart saucepot bring water to a boil. Add orzo & salt. Cook & stir till tender. Drain. Set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter. Add green onions & mushrooms. Saute over med-heat. Stir in orzo, feta, parsley & pepper. Serve warm.
