Greek new potatoes

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds New potatoes; cooked
½ cup Sliced Greek olives
3 Cloves fresh garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Minced fresh oregano
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
