|¾ cup||Sugar, brown|
|3 cups||Sugar, granulated|
|1 cup||Peanut butter, creamy or chunky|
|2 \N||Eggs, beaten|
|1¼ cup||Flour, all purpose|
|¾ cup||Oats, rolled|
|2 teaspoons||Baking soda|
Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes Baking time: 15 to 18 minutes Oven temperature: 350
Melt butter. Beat together with the sugars, vanilla, penut butter and eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, bran, oats and baking soda.
Stir mixture into butter mixture.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreassed cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove to rack to cool.
