Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Uncooked regular rice |
1 quart | Whole milk |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon or nutmeg |
½ cup | Sugar (white or brown) |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Raisins, Optional |
2 \N | Eggs, Optional |
Wash rice, add remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake in 275 degree oven 3 hours. Stir frequently during first hour. Add ½ cup raisins or 2 eggs during last ½ hour.
