Sift flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Beat until well mixed. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 in. pan at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
