Ginger-lemon brew

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Unsweetened apple juice or water
4 \N Thin slices fresh ginger
1 \N Lemon, organic preferred
2 teaspoons Honey (optional)

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the apple juice and ginger. Juice the lemon and add, with the rinds, to the juice mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain through a sieve into 2 mugs, and sweeten with honey, if desired.
