Gertrude's salad

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | (3-oz) orange gelatin |
| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 1 | can | (16-oz) pickled peaches; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Peach juice |
| 1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| ½ | pint | Cream; whipped |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and peach juice. Add peaches and cream cheese. Mix. Chill slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2-quart dish. Chill.
