| 1 teaspoon | Powdered sugar |
| 2 ounces | Seltzer |

| 2 dashes | Bitters |
| 2 ounces | Liquor |
| \N \N | Seltzer |
Put lime juice, sugar and 2 oz selzer in glass; fill with shaved ice; stir well. Add bitters and liquor of choice and then fill with seltzer. Customer does final stir ("swizzle").
