California swirl

Measure Ingredient
1¼ ounce Blue curacao
1¼ ounce Sweetened cream of coconut
¾ ounce Peach schnapps
½ ounce Sweet and sour mix
1 cup Crushed ice
Recipe 2:
3 ounces Pineapple juice
1 ounce Sweet and sour mix
1 Scoop orange sherbet
1 cup Crushed ice
Cherry or pineapple wedges
(for garnish)

Blend all the ingredients of Recipe 1 in a heavy duty blender set on high speed for 60 seconds. Pour into a second container, chill and reserve. Blend ingredients for Recipe 2 in a heavy duty blender for 60 seconds. Take both set of ingredients and pour into one glass at the same time, thus making a swirl of different colors. Garnish with pineapple wedges or cherries.
