Gazpacho pasta salad

| 4 | mediums | Ripe tomatoes peeled, seeded & chopped |
| ½ | cup | Sliced green onions |
| ½ | cup | Cucumber (peeled, seeded & chopped) |
| 1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped cilantro; OR... Dried cilantro |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red or white wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| Cayenne pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
