Garlic peas and rice

| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder | 
| 2 | cups | Basmati rice | 
| 4 | cups | Water | 
| 2 | cups | Frozen peas | 
| 1 | cup | Diced green pepper | 
Directions
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add garlic and onion. Saute for 5 minutes and add curry powder, rice and water. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
