Easy rice and peas

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Instant rice -- uncooked
1 cup Frozen peas

In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add rice and peas. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 to 7 min. or until all the water is absorbed. Yield: 4 servings.
