Garlic bean salad

Ingredients

45ouncesCannellini or Green Beans,
Drained
¾cupParsley, chopped
½cupGreen Onion, chopped
1Clove garlic, minced
6tablespoonsOlive Oil
4tablespoonsCider Vinegar
Salt
Ground Pepper

Directions

Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
