Garlic bean salad

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Parsley, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Green Onion, chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cider Vinegar |
| Salt | ||
| Ground Pepper | ||
Directions
Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
