Garden vegetable spread

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Soft cream cheese
½ cup Shredded carrot
½ cup Shredded zucchini
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
1 dash Pepper

Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with party rye or pumpernickel bread slices or assorted crackers. Makes 1⅓ cups.
