Garbanzo spaghetti sauce

1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
4 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
1 | cup | Sliced, fresh mushrooms |
16 | fluid ounce | Canned tomato sauce |
2½ | cup | Water |
1 | cup | AM Garbanzo Flour {mixed with... water} |
1½ | teaspoon | Dry, crushed basil |
1 | teaspoon | Dry oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Honey |
½ | teaspoon | Sea salt (optional) |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saute' onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat, and simmer on low heat until thick; stirring frequently.
