Measure | Ingredient |

15 ounces | Garbanzo beans, Eden organic drained |
1 medium | Carrot; cut into matchstick pieces |
¼ cup | Cilantro or parsley; finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Sesame seeds; lightly toasted |
1 \N | Garlic clove; pressed |
2 \N | Onions, green; finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Tahini, mixed with 1 T water |
1 teaspoon | Vinegar, ume plum, Eden |
Mix beans, carrot, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and green onions.
Stir tahini mixture and vinegar together and pour over ingredients.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
