Fudgy peanut-ice cream dessert

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chocolate wafer crumbs
(about 36 wafers)
⅓ cup Margarine or butter,melted
¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped peanuts
½ cup Chocolate fudge topping
½ cup Caramel-flavored topping
1 Half gallon vanilla or choc ice cream, softened
¼ cup Chocolate fudge topping
¼ cup Caramel-flavored topping
¼ cup Peanuts, if desired

Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, ½ cup fudge topping and ½ caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream onto peanut mixture; spread evenly.

Drizzle with ¼ cup fudge topping and ¼ cup caramel topping. Cover and freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and additional chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
