Fudgy peanut-ice cream dessert

cupMargarine or butter,melted
¼cupSugar
1cupChopped peanuts
½cupChocolate fudge topping
½cupCaramel-flavored topping
1Half gallon vanilla or choc ice cream, softened
¼cupChocolate fudge topping
¼cupCaramel-flavored topping
¼cupPeanuts, if desired

Directions

Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, ½ cup fudge topping and ½ caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream onto peanut mixture; spread evenly.

Drizzle with ¼ cup fudge topping and ¼ cup caramel topping. Cover and freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and additional chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
