|2 cups||Chocolate wafer crumbs|
|(about 36 wafers)|
|⅓ cup||Margarine or butter,melted|
|1 cup||Chopped peanuts|
|½ cup||Chocolate fudge topping|
|½ cup||Caramel-flavored topping|
|1||Half gallon vanilla or choc ice cream, softened|
|¼ cup||Chocolate fudge topping|
|¼ cup||Caramel-flavored topping|
|¼ cup||Peanuts, if desired|
Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, ½ cup fudge topping and ½ caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream onto peanut mixture; spread evenly.
Drizzle with ¼ cup fudge topping and ¼ cup caramel topping. Cover and freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and additional chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
