Fudgy chocolate cookie bars

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Confectioners' sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Hershey's Cocoa |
| 1 | cup | Butter, cold |
| 12 | ounces | Semi-sweet Chocolate chips |
| 1 | can | Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk |
| (not evaporated milk) | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | cup | Walnuts, chopped |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly. Press on bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. In saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour over crust; top with walnuts and remaining chips; press down firmly. Bake 20 minutes or set. Cool. Cut into bars.
