Frye family's favorite potato bread

2tablespoonsButter or margarine
¼cupDry potato flakes
teaspoonTurmeric
¼cupButtermilk (Sharon says she uses plain milk mixed with lemon juice)
1cupWater

Directions

Recipe by Sharon Frye <shfrye@...> 1. Place dry ingredients, except yeast, in bread maker basket. Add butter to basket. Add the liquids to the basket.

2. Place yeast in yeast dispenser.

3. Set bread maker for basic bake, sandwich mode. This will take 4 hours.
