Frye family's favorite potato bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Dry yeast
3¼ cup Bread flour
2 tablespoons Dry milk
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
¼ cup Dry potato flakes
⅛ teaspoon Turmeric
¼ cup Buttermilk (Sharon says she uses plain milk mixed with lemon juice)
1 cup Water

Recipe by Sharon Frye <shfrye@...> 1. Place dry ingredients, except yeast, in bread maker basket. Add butter to basket. Add the liquids to the basket.

2. Place yeast in yeast dispenser.

3. Set bread maker for basic bake, sandwich mode. This will take 4 hours.
