| 4 | cups | Uncooked regular rice |
| ½ | cup | Dried apricots, finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Slivered almonds |
| ¼ | cup | Dried minced onion |
| 3 | eaches | Tb chicken flavored instant bouillon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried grated orange peel |
| 1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
Directions
MAKES: 5 CUPS
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. To Prepare 4 servings: Place 1 cup rice mix in a saucepan with 1¾ cups water and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 14-18 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand five minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
