¼ c long-grain brown rice
¼ c short-grain rice
¼ c white rice
¼ c brown and wild rice

Mcdougall ingredients call for 1½ cups 5 grain rice plus ½ cup brown rice plus 1 tablespoon wild rice....
Mix together and store in pantry in covered container. Keeps indefinately in covered container. Use as a brown rice serving would be used.....
