2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
¼ cup | Orange liqueur |
Put strawberries and cornstarch into blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into fondue pot. Cook at medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture boils; reduce heat to low and stir in orange liqueur.
Variation: Use frozen raspberries in place of the strawberries. Strain seeds out through a strainer, if desired.
