Fruit pizza #3

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Roll pillsberry sugar cookie dough (in the refrigerated portion of the market)
1 \N Box (8-oz) cream cheese
1 carton (large) cool whip
\N \N Fresh fruit of your choice; sliced thin

From: Jill A Goodman <jgoodman@...> Date: 24 Feb 1994 05:18:18 -0500 This is a great dessert! Spread the cookie dough on a pizza pan and cook as directed. (DO NOT OVERCOOK) when it comes out of the oven, press the dough flat with a spoon. Cool completely.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the cool whip. Spread on dough as the "sauce" Place thinly cut fruit on top. I use a variety of colors to make it attractive. (e.g. strawberry, kiwi, blueberry, raspberry, peach) REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES
