Fresh fruit pizza #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
½ cup Soft margarine
¼ cup Powdered sugar
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
½ cup White sugar
\N \N Glazed berries: Mash berries to make 1 cup
4 tablespoons Sugar
1½ tablespoon Cornstarch
1½ cup Fresh whole or cut up berries




From: Randy and Colleen Jones <rcjones@...> Date: Fri, 5 Jul 1996 21:34:19 -0700 Crust: Beat and blend flour, margarine and sugar. Pat into a 12" pizza pan (thin) Bake at 350 F. for 12 minutes or unitl light brown. Cool !! Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar and spread over cooled crust.

Topping: Mash berries to make 1 cup. Add sugar and cornstarch. Heat until thick. Add to the berries: Stir in 1-½ c. fresh whole or cut up berries. Do not continue to cook. Spread over cheese and pie crust. Cool.
