Fruit medley gelatin mold^

Ingredients

1Envelope unflavored gelatin
2cupsApple-cranberry juice
½cupCrushed pineapple,
Unsweetened
½cupSeedless grapes, halved
½cupUnpeeled apples, pureed

Directions

Soften gelatin in juice. Heat until dissolved and cool slightly.

Spray a 4 cup mold with pam. Combine fruit with gelatin and pur into mold. Cover and chill until firm.

Variation: Substutute ½ to 1 cup cranberries, crushed in processor and 2 to 3 tablespoons apple juice concentrate for one of the fruits listed in the recipe.
