Fruit cocktail cake (or sometimes known as suprise pudding)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Sugar
1½ cup Flour
1¼ teaspoon Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
2 larges Eggs beaten
1 large Or 2 small cans fruit cocktail (drained)

beat all together (the longer you beat the less distinguished the fruit becomes) pour into a greased 9x 12 pan.

Mix following together and put on Top of cake before baking: ½ cup chopped nuts,

½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinammon.

Bake 1 hr 20 min @ 300F.
