Fruit cocktail cake #3

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 can (17-oz) fruit cocktail
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Stick butter
1 cup Sugar
1 can (small) pet evaporated milk
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Nuts (optional)

Date: 16 Dec 1994 14:40:15 -0500 Mix sugar and eggs. Add flour and juice from fruit. Mix well. Add fruit and vanilla. Pour into pans, bake at 350 until golden brown.

Boil butter, sugar, and Pet milk from icing section about 10 minutes. Add the coconut and optional nuts to this and top cake.
