|8 \N||Graham cracker squares (2 1/2 inches x 2 1/2 inches)|
|2 tablespoons||Each peanut butter and marshmallow topping|
|1 cup||Chocolate ice cream|
1. Spread all crackers with peanut butter, then marshmallow topping. Top 4 with 14 cup ice cream each. Cover with remaining crackers, spread side down. Gently squeeze sandwiches until ice cream spreads to edge of cookies.
2. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze up to 3 days.
