Frozen berry jam

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 - 12 oz.) frozen berries; unsweetened, thawed (strawberries & raspberries are ideal)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1¾ cup Sugar
1 Pouch; (3 oz.) liquid fruit pectin

Combine all ingredients. Select Basic setting. Press Start/Stop. Allow to mix 3-5 minutes. Press Start/Stop. (Scrape sides with spatula if necessary). Select Bake setting. Press Start/Stop. When the display reads 0:00, press Start/Stop. Using hot pads, remove bread pan. Spoon jam into containers and refrigerat for one hour to set.
