Berry jam

3cupsCrushed berries
3cupsWater
1packRaspberry or cherry punch powder
1packPectin
cupSugar

Directions

Here is another one from the Hurricane (Utah) Heritage Cookbook. Even though it is a berry jam, we have used cherry instead.

Mix together all except sugar. Bring to boil. Add sugar and boil 4 minutes.
