Berry jam

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Lemon juice
3 cups Crushed berries
3 cups Water
1 pack Raspberry or cherry punch powder
1 pack Pectin
8½ cup Sugar

Here is another one from the Hurricane (Utah) Heritage Cookbook. Even though it is a berry jam, we have used cherry instead.

Mix together all except sugar. Bring to boil. Add sugar and boil 4 minutes.
