Frozen banana cream

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Very ripe mashed bananas
\N \N Juice of 1 lime
½ cup Sugar
1 pint Heavy cream
1 pinch Salt

Combine bananas, lime & sugar & mix well. Whip cream with salt until very stiff. Fold in banana & spread in shallow dish. Freeze solid.

Remove & soften slightly. Cut into cubes & process in processor with steel blade until consistency of ice cream. Pack & freeze. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
