Banana nut ice cream

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 \N -(up to)
6 \N Bananas
1¾ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pint Whipping cream
1 quart Half and Half
1 can (13-oz) evaporated milk
¾ cup Chopped nuts
\N \N Milk

Mash bananas. Mix with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add cream, Half and Half, evaporated milk and nuts. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to line with milk. Freeze according to freezer directions. Yield: 1 gallon.
