½ cup | Vegetable oil |
2 cups | Light brown sugar |
2 \N | Eggs |
1½ cup | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 cup | Pecans |
1 pack | Butterscotch chips |
Blend shortening and sugar, stir in eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt and stir in sugar mixture. Stir in vanilla and butterscotch chips. Spread on a well greased and floured jelly roll pan.
