Frizzells

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Vegetable oil
2 cups Light brown sugar
2 \N Eggs
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Pecans
1 pack Butterscotch chips

Blend shortening and sugar, stir in eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt and stir in sugar mixture. Stir in vanilla and butterscotch chips. Spread on a well greased and floured jelly roll pan. Press nuts into top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool and cut into serving pieces. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-12-95
