Fried shredded carrots

2eachesGarlic cloves
4eachesCarrots, shredded

4tablespoonsNutritional yeast
¼teaspoonFresh ginger, minced

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute.

Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve.
