Measure | Ingredient |

2 eaches | Garlic cloves |
4 eaches | Carrots, shredded |
2 tablespoons | Tamari |
4 tablespoons | Nutritional yeast |
¼ teaspoon | Fresh ginger, minced |
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve.
