Fried shredded carrots

| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves |
| 4 | eaches | Carrots, shredded |
| 2 | tablespoons | Tamari |
| 4 | tablespoons | Nutritional yeast |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Fresh ginger, minced |
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve.
