1Head romaine lettuce
Torn into bite-sized pieces.
1cupWatercress leaves
1smallPackag frozen snow peas; ( 1 cup)
½cupFrozen crinkle-cut carrots
tablespoonFinely chopped green onions
cupThinly sliced radishes
cupFresh bean sprouts
¾teaspoonSugar
tablespoonDistilled white vinegar
teaspoonSoy sauce
teaspoonWater
teaspoonSesame oil
teaspoonGrated fresh ginger

Directions

In serving bowl, combine lettuce, watercress leaves, snow peas, crinkle-cut carrots, green onions, radishes and sprouts. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and ginger. Cover jar and shake well. Pour dressing over Salad and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5 minutes.
