Fresh corn custard pie

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
1½ cup Milk; scalded
2 cups Cooked fresh corn kernels
2 tablespoons Melted butter
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 pinch Pepper
9 \N Inch unbaked pastry shell

Beat eggs. Mix in milk, corn, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven 30 minutes, or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with bacon slices. Makes 6 servings.
