French toast #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Melt butter in skillet. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Coat bread with mixture. Cook in skillet until both sides are brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
