Quick french toast

Ingredients

| 4 | slices | Vienna Bread Slices |
| Vegetable Oil Spray | ||
| 1 | cup | Skim Milk |
| ¾ | cup | Egg Substitute |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon Sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Maple Syrup |
Directions
Cut each bread slice diagonally into 4 triangles, and arrange evenly in the bottom of a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Combine the milk and next 4 ingredients (milk through salt); stir well, and pour over bread. Cover and cook over medium heat 11 minutes or until the mixture is set. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into 3 wedges, and drizzle 1 tablespoon syrup over each wedge.
