French toast #3

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Cooking oil
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Whipping cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 larges Thick slices bread; cut into 6 triangles
\N \N Powdered sugar

Heat ½ inch cooking oil to 325ø. Preheat oven to 400ø. Beat eggs, cream andsalt. Dip bread into batter. Allow batter to soak in. Fry bread until brown. Turn and fry until brown. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until puffed. Drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot.

Yield: 6 servings.
