1 \N Pizza base; (20 cm)

1 \N Recipe pizza sauce
30 grams Sliced onions
100 grams Mozzarella cheese; grated
60 grams Tuna fish; (canned)
30 grams Sliced capsicums
1 \N Green chilli; chopped fine and
\N \N ; marinated in
\N \N ; vinegar
\N \N A few chopped spring onions for
\N \N ; garnishing

PLACE the pizza base in a greased baking tray. Prick with a fork to prevent it from rising in the oven. Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base leaving a ½ cm. crust around the edge. Sprinkle the sliced onions on the sauce evenly. Spread three-fourths of the cheese over it. Place the tuna fish, chopped capsicum and marinated green chilli pieces on the cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the toppings. Garnish with the spring onions.

Place the pizza on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven (250 degrees C) and bake for five to seven minutes, till the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.

Remove the pizza from the oven and cut into six pieces. Serve immediately with crushed chilli flakes and oregano.
