Flower cream frosting

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Powdered sugar; sifted
¾ cup Shortening; soft +
2 tablespoons Shortening; soft
2 tablespoons Margarine
¾ teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Milk
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Almond Extract

Mix in large mixing bowl at low speed, beating until smooth.

VARIATION: For chocolate frosting, add 1½ cups sifted cocoa.
