Chocolate cream fraiche frosting

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Creme Fraiche
2 Egg yolks
1 pounds Semi sweet chocolate, melted
And kept warm

Beat together the creme fraiche and egg yolks. Add the melted chocolate and beat for 2 minutes more, or until very thick. Let rest for about 10 minutes, beat again briefly and then use immediately.

This frosting is also quite good on the Amazon Chocolate Cake . . .
