Chocolate cream fraiche frosting

| 1 | cup | Creme Fraiche |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
| 1 | pounds | Semi sweet chocolate, melted |
| And kept warm | ||
Directions
Beat together the creme fraiche and egg yolks. Add the melted chocolate and beat for 2 minutes more, or until very thick. Let rest for about 10 minutes, beat again briefly and then use immediately.
This frosting is also quite good on the Amazon Chocolate Cake . . .
