Fig and chile salsa

Ingredients

| 3 | Mild chiles | |
| Anaheim, or Californ | ||
| 2 | Serrano chilies -- I used | |

| 4 | tablespoons | Minced fresh cilantro |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt -- or to taste |
| Juice of one lime | ||
Directions
1. Roast and peel Anaheim chilies, remove seeds & stem and chop coarsely 2.
Mince onion and Serrano chile fine. Add minced cilantro. 3. Remove stem and cut figs into chunks 4. Toss all in a bowl gently to not break figs. 5.
Add sugar, salt and lime juice, mix all and allow to stand to 30 min. Serve with Chicken or grilled pork.
