Fiesta nacho appetizer

Measure Ingredient
1 Container Cottage Cheese; (500G)
2 Pakages Cream Cheese; (250G)
1 Pakage Mexicasa Taco Seasoning Mix
Shredded Lettuce
Grated Cheese
Chopped Tomato
Chopped Green Onions
Mexicasa Nacho Chips

1. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and seasoning mix until smooth. 2. Line 2 small bowls with plastic wrap. 3.

Divide mixture evenly between bowls; cover and chill 2-3 hours or overnight, or freeze. Flavors improve with a few hours standing time.

Garnish as desired at serving time.

Makes two 2-cup molds.
