|1 tablespoon||Oat bran; (heaping)|
|1 tablespoon||Wheat bran; (heaping)|
|1 tablespoon||Wheat germ; (heaping)|
|1 tablespoon||Raisins; (optional) (heaping)|
|½ cup||Cold water; (actually I don't measure but merely add enough water so mix is barely swimming in water)|
My favorite oatmeal recipe for one serving.
Place in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 2½ to 3 ½ minutes depending on the machine.
Cereal comes out thick but not lumpy, add soy milk to get consistency you desire, top with sliced fresh fruit - my favorite is banana.
