|8 ounces||Cream cheese|
|8 ounces||Semi-sweet chocolate; melted|
|1 cup||Chopped walnuts|
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the melted chocolate and vanilla and combine well. Stir in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into an 8 inch square baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate the fudge until firm. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Makes about 60 1 inch pieces.
