Fajitas #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1½ teaspoon Seasoned salt
1½ teaspoon Oregano
1½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1½ pounds Steak or chicken; cut in strips
½ cup Cilantro (optional)
½ cup Chopped onions
1 cup Red peppers
½ cup Sliced green onions (up to)
4 tablespoons Oil
8 \N Tortillas



In skillet, quickly saute vegetables in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Saute meat 4 to 5 minutes. Return vegetables to pan and toss with meat. Spoon into tortillas. (of course, marinade the meat in the marinade for at least an hour before beginning) MWORKMAN@...
