Fajita recipe

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cheap beer; (or bottle, Lone star is especially nice)
2 \N Limes ; juice of
3 tablespoons Olive or Canola oil
3 \N Cloves garlic; pureed
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Coriander
1 tablespoon Turmeric
3 \N Habanero peppers pureed; optional

Marinate Overnight, Grill over Mesquite and slice at a 45 degree angle to the grain of the meat.
