| 1 | tablespoon | Chili Powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Coriander |
| 1 | tablespoon | Turmeric |
| 3 | Habanero peppers pureed; optional | |
Directions
Marinate Overnight, Grill over Mesquite and slice at a 45 degree angle to the grain of the meat.
