Fabulous frosting for angel food cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
1 \N Stick; less two pats, of BUTTER
\N \N Enough evaporated milk to just wet the sugar
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until sugar is melted - stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
