Yield: 1 Servings
|1 \N||Stick; less two pats, of BUTTER|
|\N \N||Enough evaporated milk to just wet the sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Almond extract|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until sugar is melted - stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
