Fabulous frosting for angel food cake

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | Stick; less two pats, of BUTTER | |
| Enough evaporated milk to just wet the sugar | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until sugar is melted - stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
