Frosted angel cake

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Orange juice or sherry |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
| ¼ | cup | Icing sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
| Toasted sliced almonds | ||
| Fresh orange slices | ||
Directions
GARNISH
With skewer, pole holes in cake. Sprinkle cake with orange juice; set aside. Pour cream into mixing bowl. Sift together sugar and cocoa; blend into cream. Beat until spreading consistency. Spread over top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with almonds and orange slices (if using). Yield: 1 cake Typed in MMFormat by chartlin@...
